Is anyone using any software to help with the management of contracts? I am currently using a spreadsheet to help manage termination dates, renewal dates, some basic financial info, etc. but I'm finding that this is becoming rather difficult to manage in Excel. I assume there must be some software out there, but my google searches lead me to software that offers considerably more than I require.
Such a tools are ussualy part of the bigger ERP system. I never heard of a software solution that you can purchase separately in the box, its almost always part of a turn key solution.
Hi Ken,
We developed an inhouse Access database to take our Excel data & manage it, along with some missing pieces. It works well. If you don't have the resources on staff to create one, you could approach an IT company, ours worked out to be more economical than purchasing & rolling out software, and was under $10k.
Hi Ken,
We have a separate, SaaS (OnDemand) Contract Management solution. As with all our sourcing and procure to pay modules they can be integrated together, or purchased separately. We've integrated our products with all the most common ERP systems too. You can check out http://www.enporion.com Solutions, Contract Management, and then use the information email to contact me. It's very reasonably priced, saves time, tracks insurance certificates, triggers important action reminders, provides templates, and you can create your own clauses (pre-approved by legal and whomever else) to be used when needed in a contract.
